Agreement

By accessing or using Desai Kampani, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Desai Kampani is a business management platform that provides:

• Customer messaging via WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct
• Social media management for Facebook Pages, Instagram, and Threads
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Advertising campaign management
• Product catalog management
• Content embedding via oEmbed

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable use

When using our service, you must:

• Comply with Meta Platform Terms and all applicable platform policies
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
• Obtain proper consent before sending messages to customers
• Respect opt-out requests immediately
• Not send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose

Messaging rules

• Only send messages to users who have opted in to receive them
• Use message templates as approved by Meta for outbound messaging
• Do not use message tags for promotional content
• Respond to opt-out requests within 24 hours
• Follow all WhatsApp Business and Meta Messenger platform policies

Intellectual property

• The platform, its features, and design are owned by Desai Kampani Solutions
• You retain ownership of your content and data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any platform API changes, downtime, or message delivery failures by WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party platforms.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
