What we collect

WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram Direct

  • Message content exchanged between you and your customers
  • Phone numbers and user identifiers of conversation participants
  • Message delivery status and timestamps
  • Media files shared in conversations (images, documents)

Social Media Data

Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads

  • Page and profile information (name, category, follower count)
  • Posts, comments, and engagement metrics

Children's Privacy
