1 person. 0 staff. Here's what my company looks like.

I run an entire company from a Mac mini M4 sitting on my desk in Kajang.

No employees. No office. No 9-to-5. No meetings.

How?

Everything that normally needs a person — I replaced it with software.

Accounting? Automated. Tax filing? Automated. Legal docs? Automated. Customer support? Runs on WhatsApp, 24/7, without me.

I didn’t start with some grand plan. I just got tired of paying people RM 1,500/month to copy-paste invoices into a spreadsheet.

What I actually use

I use Claude — both Cowork for day-to-day business tasks and Claude Code to build the actual tools.

Cowork handles my HR paperwork, marketing copy, financial reports, legal review. Stuff that used to take half a day now takes 5 minutes.

Claude Code is where I build the real thing — the automated systems that run my company. E-invoice generation, LHDN filing, WhatsApp flows, everything.

The point

I’m not special. I’m not a genius programmer. I spent 2 years figuring this out the hard way.

Now I’m packaging everything so you don’t have to spend 2 years doing the same thing.
